Giving You the Best Experience

We love all of our clients at Camden House Cosmetics, and we want to make sure everyone feels at home in our friendly Premises where we offer Permanent Makeup/Microblade, Beauty, Piercing and Aesthetics. That’s why we’ve set a few basic policies to make sure everyone who walks through our doors has an experience that leaves them wanting to return time and again. Take a quick read. Bringing children to appointments 

We understand that sometimes our clients need to bring their children to the salon if they have no childcare but, we want to make you aware that children are not permitted in the Aesthetics treatment rooms or to be left unattended at any time in the salon and clinic areas. Our staff cannot perform an amazing job on your treatment if they are having to attend to your children instead attending you, our clients. 

Booking Fee/Deposits

Booking Fees are required on all appointment bookings. In the event of late cancellations and No Shows to appointments the booking fee will be lost to cover Business costs such as the cost of wages, utility and possible product wastage.

We require 72 working hours notice to cancel an appointment or 24 hours hours notice to move an appointment to ensure you do not lose the fee.
